Lamia - Demon

Lamia (lamiai) were harmful spirits who killed infants and seduced sleeping men. One myth tells that the original Lamia was a beautiful queen of Libya, daughter of Belus and Libya, who won Zeus’ heart. Hera became jealous of this union and retaliated by killing all her children who were fathered by Zeus. In anger and frustration, Lamia retreated to a cave where she unleashed her wrath by killing the offspring of human mothers, usually by sucking the blood of the children. These actions transformed Lamia’s beauty into ugliness, but she was able to briefly regain her beauty to seduce men, and is said to have drunk their blood.
Philostatus described an account of the lamiai in his Life of Apollonius. This tale told of how one of Apollonius‘ students, Menippus, was attracted to a beautiful rich woman who first appeared to him in an apparition. The apparition gave him details on where to find the girl. Menippus fell in love with the girl and told Apollonius about the event. When they confronted the girl, Apollonius told Menippus, “And that you may realize the truth of what I say, this fine bride is one of the vampires , that is to say of those beings whom may regard as lamiai. These beings fall in love, and they are devoted to the delights of Aphrodite, but especially in the flesh of human beings, and they decoy with such delights those whom they mean to devour in their feats.”
Apollonius then proved his point to Menippus by confronting the lamiai. As he revealed each element, her disguise faded, and soon she admitted her plans and her habit of feeding “upon young and beautiful bodies because their blood is pure and strong.”

Adramelech | Adrammelech | Adramelek | Adar-malik
He is a form of a “sun god”. In his name
Adra-”Melech”, melech means king in Hebrew. One appearance he is seen as a
beast like creature that stands upright with a peacock like tail behind him.
His worship was centered around a cult following where people would sacrifice
& kill their own children in fire.
According to Collin de Plancy’s Dictionnaire Infernal, Adramelech is a high chancellor of hell, president of the high council of devils, and the superintendent of the king of demons’ wardrobe. He can take the shape of a mule or peacock, and in ancient times, the people of the Assyrian city, Sepharvaim, sacrificed children to him.
To date, no mention of the Hebrew name Adramelech has been found on Assyrian inscriptions, so scholars and bible commentators have been left to speculate. The name Adramelech is most likely a reconstruction the Western Semitic “Addir-Melek” meaning “the glorious one is king,” a fitting name for a sun deity. The link between Adramelech and Moloch comes from the practice of worshiping both deities by burning children.
The name “Anammelech,” the second deity mentioned in II Kings 19, is derived from the Babylonian divine name “Anu(m)” plus the Western Semitic noun “melek” (king). This deity may refer to the male counterpart of the goddess Anat.

AGARES
Agares, of the order of the virtues who governs thirty-one legions, appears riding a crocodile and carrying a sparrowhawk. He is said to make deserters return and can cause enemies to flee. He can exalt people, teach all languages, and make the earth spirits dance.

Strangely enough, those who have summoned "Duke Agares" have reported meeting not an old man, but a beautiful young woman.
In fact, Duchess Agares is said to be extremely feminine with an angelic look - a fair skinned blonde with angel wings. She is also said to be soft-spoken and very friendly.
As far her role as a teacher of mortals, Agares is once again not at all what she seems. The Duchess relishes in teaching "anti-manners", which pretty much covers every "rude" behavior one can imagine, but especially foul language. She can cause earthquakes, make those who run stand still, and make runaways return to their homes.
Mostly, Agares is a voice for the common man. She teaches every language, chases off enemies, defends commoners, and can even bring down high-ranking officials who do not dutifully serve their role.

Andras | Grand Marquis of Hell
Andras is one of the most violent and dangerous demon. He is a Grand Marquis of Hell, appearing as a humanoid with a winged angel’s body and the head of an owl or raven, riding upon a strong black wolf and wielding a sharp and bright sword flourished aloft in his hand. He was also responsible for sowing discord, and commanded 30 infernal legions.
He is the 63rd of the 72 spirits of Solomon.Andras was considered to be a highly dangerous demon, who could kill the conjuring magician and his assistants if precautions were not taken. A misstep outside the magical protective circle could mean instant death for the conjuretors, and Andras was always trying to lure them out.
In certain demonology it is suggested that Flauros is his servant. He is actually very pleasant to those who are dedicated to Satan.
Andras
was also believed to be very skilled in using people’s own anger against them,
being able of infecting humans with uncontrollable dooming rage. For this reason,
he was allegedly summoned quite often by military leaders, to use his abilities
to incite wars that last for decades, redefining peoples and continents. In
addition, due to the subtle nature of his work, Andras was supposedly extremely
difficult to detect.
Collin
de Plancy (1863) paraphrased,” Andras, who commands thirty legions, has the
body of an angel and the head of an owl. He rides a black wolf and carries a
saber. He can give advice on how to kill, and he can escalate quarrels and
discord.”

S. L. MacGregor Mathers (1904) quoted,”
The Sixty-third Spirit is Andras. He is a Great Marquis, appearing in the Form
of an Angel with a Head like a Black Night Raven, riding upon a strong Black
Wolf, and having a Sharp and Bright Sword flourished aloft in his hand. His
Office is to sow Discords. If the Exorcist have not a care, he will slay both
him and his fellows. He governeth 30 Legions of Spirits, and this is his Seal,
etc.”Johann Wier (1583) quoted,” Andras is a great marquesse, and is seene in an angels shape with a head like a blacke night raven, riding upon a blacke and a verie strong woolfe, flourishing with a sharpe sword in his hand, he can kill the maister, the servant, and all assistants, he is author of discords, and ruleth thirtie legions.”

Amduscias | Amdusias | Amdukias
Amdusias (also Amdukias
or Ambduscias) a powerful Duke of hell has 29 legions of demons and spirits
under his command and has the rank of great king. He is depicted as a human
with claws instead of feet, the head of a unicorn, and a trumpet to
symbolize his powerful voice. He appears in the form
of a unicorn.
He has a number of unusual and bizarre abilities, most notably the ability to make the summoner hear all kinds of phantom musical instruments, and to make trees bend in strange ways as per the interests of the summoner. He also is a good source of familiar spirits.
Amdusias is associated
with thunder and it has been said that his voice is heard
during storms. In other sources, he is accompanied by the sound of
trumpets when he comes and will give concerts if commanded, but while
all his types of musical instruments can be heard they cannot be seen. He is
regarded as being the demon in charge of
the cacophonous music that is played in Hell.
S. L. MacGregor Mathers (1904) quoted,"The Sixty-seventh Spirit is Amdusias, or Amdukias. He is a Duke Great and Strong, appearing at first like a Unicorn, but at the request of the Exorcist he standeth before him in Human Shape, causing Trumpets, and all manner of Musical Instruments to be heard, but not soon or immediately.
Also he can cause Trees to bend and incline according to the
Exorcist’s Will. He giveth Excellent Familiars. He governeth 29 Legions of
Spirits. And his Seal is this, etc."
Johann Wier (1583) quoted,"Amduscias a great and a strong duke, he commeth foorth as an unicorne, when he standeth before his maister in humane shape, being commanded, he easilie bringeth to passe, that trumpets and all musicall instruments may be heard and not seene, and also that trees shall bend and incline, according to the conjurors will, he is excellent among familiars, and hath nine and twentie legions."

Aguares | Duke Aguares | Duchess Aguares
Aguares is most often
depicted as a decrepit old man riding a crocodile with a goshawk on his arm.
Aguares is a grand duke
and rules the eastern zone of Hell. He leads 31 legions of demons. The old
magicians who evoked, studied and wrote of him noted that he enjoys destroying
a person’s dignity, evoking people to use foul language, and even makes anyone
in motion “stand still.” This has been interpreted as ruining careers.
Aguares also can make
deserters return, cause enemies to flee, and exalt people. He also teaches all
languages. But beware. The spirits of Sixth Realm expect payment for such
services, and the price may be more than the petitioner may wish to give.
Oh yes, the magicians
all mention that Aguares also can cause earthquakes. He can “make the earth
spirits dance”.
Strangely enough, those
who have summoned “Duke Aguares” have reported meeting not an old man, but a
beautiful young woman.
In fact, Duchess Aguares is said to be extremely feminine with an angelic look – a fair skinned blonde with white angel wings. She is also said to be soft-spoken and very friendly.

Abigor | Eligor | Eligos- Grand Duke of Hades

Also known as Eligor or
Eligos. According to pre-Judeo-Christian theology, a demon of the superior
order, conjured for his power to foretell the future and to provide military
aid and advice.
He is shown either in the form of a very handsome knight
bearing a lance and a standard, or as a ghostly specter, sometimes riding a
winged horse.
Sixty of the infernal legions are at Abigor’s command, which he directs from atop his winged horse. He is also known as the “Grand Duke of Hades,” a great manipulator of men, inducing them to acts of murder and genocide.
“Abigor presents himself as a horseman carrying a lance, a standard, or a scepter. He commands sixty legions and is a demon of high degree, grand duke of hell. He knows of the secrets of warfare, of the future, and can instruct leaders of the ways to earn their soldiers’ respect.”
If a human prince or
general were to offer up his soul to Abigor, this demon would buy it with
secrets of how to win battles and conquer enemies. These secrets were said to
often have led to the bloodiest victories in human history. If a human prince or general were
to offer up his soul to Abigor, this demon would buy it with secrets of how to
win battles and conquer enemies.

These secrets were said to often have led to
the bloodiest victories in human history.

He is depicted in the form of a
goodly knight carrying a lance, an ensign and a sceptre (a serpent to Aleister Crowley).
Alternatively
he is depicted as a ghostly spectre,
sometimes riding a semi-skeletal (sometimes winged) horse, or the Steed of
Abigor. This is a minion of Hell itself, and was a gift from Beelzebub. It was created from the remains of
one of the horses of the Garden of Eden.

Abaddon | Apollyon
King of the Demons of Hell. The term “abaddon” in Hebrew context is another word for destruction; also known as Apollyon in Greek, which means “The Destroyer”.
In the Holy Bible New Testament, the Book of Revelation speaks of him as an angel (fallen) and refers to him as the king/ruler of an army of “Locusts”. He blows his horn which summons them upon the earth to harm the people who do not have the seal on God on their foreheads.

Bible describes a period
during the end times when angels sound seven trumpets. Each trumpet signals the
coming of a new judgment on the people of earth. When the fifth angel blows his
trumpet, the Abyss, a great smoking pit, will open, and a horde of demonic
“locusts” will rise out of it.
These creatures will be given the power to torture any person who does not bear God’s seal. The pain they inflict will be so intense that sufferers will wish to die.
Abaddon is the ruler of the Abyss and the king of these demonic locusts.Abaddon is often used as another name for Satan. However, Scripture seems to distinguish the two. We find Satan later on in Revelation, when he is imprisoned for 1,000 years. He is then released to wreak havoc on the earth and ultimately receives his final, eternal punishment.
Satan | Lucifer - The Demon King
Satan, the lord of hell or the king of demon is a fallen angel. When Satan, who was the very highest angel, rebelled against God, he took a large number of the angels with him in rebellion.
\When their rebellion failed, they were cast out of heaven. Those angels are now demons. In the same way that angels can reach the very heights of spirituality, demons have the ability to reach down into great depths of hatred, bitterness, and perversion.
Demons seem to be interested in tormenting people, possessing them, and leading them away from God and his truth.

We do not know how
well-informed, intelligent, or powerful Satan and his demons are. But we
understand some of their abilities, but we cannot be too definitive. What we do
know is that as believers, we have authority over Satan and his entire army.
We also learn that God has placed a hedge of protection around us. We have the ability to attack and defeat Satan while being defended by God against Satan.
SATAN (Lucifer) the lord of hell or
the king of demons…is an angel..
He is son of God,but he refused to respect humans as the order of his father.
Now he rules the fallen world.
He was thrown out of the heaven, into the hell. There are 66 seals of hell, 7th
seal was broken in 2011.
As the bible says, Satan has lived
on this earth for about 6,000 years, But in the spiritual world, Very soon the
devil will leave the spirit world and will appear on earth in a visible
form. Then he will be called the beast.
The beast is the name that the
Bible gives to Satan when he comes to earth visibly and claims to be God. Satan
will appear on earth as a glorious, visible being. He will have the appearance
of God. He will require the whole world to worship him as their god.
